There numerous green tea benefits for men, which is why I drink over 20 cups of green tea per week. I simply will not deny the fact that I love green tea, and I believe everyone should drink it.

Although we are talking specifically about green tea today, it is important to note a couple of other astounding varieties of tea.

One of my favorite aspects of green tea is that although it is caffeinated and will energize you, it does not give you jitters or the anxious feeling you get from too much coffee or other caffeine.
For someone who suffers from Tourette’s Syndrome, this is a big deal! Too much caffeine on any day gives me terrible motor tics, which is why I have to be very selective about when I drink any caffeine.
Luckily, green tea is always a quality choice for me!

Caffeine in green tea is a great stimulant that can improve your ability to exercise, improve your fat burning potential, and improve your ability to stay focused.
Whether you are looking to get more out of your workouts or you need more energy for your workday, the caffeine in green tea will do well for you!
The natural caffeine found in green tea is extremely supportive for athletes of all types. I strongly prefer to drink green tea before and at halftime of my games compared to any other “energy” products. It provides much more sustained energy, which is essential to being an athlete!
If you want to use a type of tea that has even more caffeine than traditional green tea, matcha tea is an excellent option. Matcha tea has more antioxidants and caffeine than traditional green tea, along with numerous other health benefits.
Matcha tea has even shown potential for drug rehabilitation!
The difference between the caffeine content in green tea and coffee or other sources of caffeine is yin and yang. Coffee and synthetic caffeine is a strong Yang; it is a “blast” of energy into your body. Tea, such as green tea, is a soft Yin form of energy.

Furthermore, green tea is excellent for combating the common cold and other sicknesses. Especially during the winter, you should be drinking a lot of green tea!
