If you’re considering purchasing Kyani Sunrise, I hope my Kyani Sunrise review will help you make up your mind whether you want to spend your money on this product or not!

Kyani Sunrise is a unique superfood supplement that primarily contains Wild Alaskan Blueberries, one of the most powerful superfoods in the world.

Although Kyani Sunrise certainly has great marketing and makes impressive claims about its health benefits, the question “is Kyani Sunrise a good product” takes some consideration to answer.

So, read my Kyani review to learn how to take Kyani Sunrise, why or why not to buy Kyani Sunrise, and more!

What is Kyani Sunrise?

As I mentioned before, Kyani Sunrise is a nutritional supplement that claims to be a “superfood product.” The term “superfood” is commonly used and relatively misunderstood, but it is essentially the popular name for foods and drinks that contain a large number of nutrients.

Although I believe there are better superfood supplements, Kyani Sunrise is not a bad product and there are some benefits of Kyani Sunrise.

For starters, Kyani Sunrise is an easily digestible morning snack that contains a lot of vitamins and minerals and can provide energy and nutrition in a convenient form.

Additionally, Kyani Sunrise draws its inspiration from the Alaskan wilderness and the amazing resistance that nature in Alaska has built over thousands of years.

What is in Kyani Sunrise?

The main ingredient in the Kyani Sunrise supplement is the Wild Alaskan Blueberry and its prominent phytochemical anthocyanin.

Along with the Wild Alaskan Blueberry, Kyani Sunrise ingredients include:

  • Pomegranate
  • Red Raspberry
  • Amla Berry
  • Panax Ginseng
  • Aronia
  • Aloe Vera Leaf
  • Ashwagandha
  • Grape Seed Extract
  • Mangosteen
  • Brocolli
  • Kale
  • Cranberry
  • Acai
  • Maqui Berry
  • Wolfberry

In my opinion, Kyani Sunrise is a good product because it contains a variety of ingredients that are high in vitamins, minerals, and other beneficial plant compounds.

Many of these ingredients are high in antioxidants which will fight oxidative stress in the body and help prevent many chronic diseases. Additionally, these ingredients will provide a lot of the necessary nutrients your body needs each day.

A few of my favorite ingredients in Kyani Sunrise outside of the Wild Alaskan Blueberry include Ashwagandha, Pomegranate, Amla Berry, Acai, and Panax Ginseng.

You can check out this article on amla powder benefits to learn more about Amla Berry.

How to Take Kyani Sunrise

Although Kyani Sunrise is a stimulant-free product, I recommend that you take it in the morning because it provides energizing nutrients that your body will use throughout the day.

Kyani Sunrise comes in pouches, and you can take one serving (one pouch) each morning with your breakfast. Kyani Sunrise is not necessarily a replacement for your breakfast, so I suggest you add it alongside other nutritious breakfast foods.

Since it does contain many natural sources of energy, I believe you will get the most out of Kyani Sunrise by taking it at breakfast time and using the increased energy it provides before your day begins.

However, if you do intermittent fasting as I do, the next best time to take Kyani Sunrise is as a mid-morning snack, or with your lunch.

Kyani Sunrise Benefits

According to the producer’s website, Kyani Sunrise contains an equivalent amount of vitamins and minerals as 8 apples, 80 sardines, 80 oz of green tea, 96 cups of kidney beans, 1 cup of beets, or 7 cups of green peas.

I have no way to verify if this is correct or not, but it is likely that Kyani Sunrise does contain a lot of vitamins and minerals due to its ingredient list.

Wild Alaskan Blueberry Benefits

Since I have already mentioned it a few times, I wanted to inform you about some of the specific benefits of the Wild Alaskan Blueberry!

The winter in Alaska is extremely harsh, causing the many various plants of Alaska to build up additional protective qualities to withstand these treacherous months. One prime example of this is the Wild Alaskan Blueberry, which is the main ingredient of Kyani Sunrise.

The Wild Alaskan Blueberry is similar in nutritional aspects to other blueberries, outside of the fact that it is packed with nearly five times the potency in antioxidants!

The reason for this is that the Wild Alaskan Blueberry has developed a skin called anthocyanin, which protects it during the frigid winter months.

Antioxidants are vital for our body to defend itself against free-radical cells and the damage that the world around us can cause to our bodies.

For example, ingesting antioxidants such as those contained in Kyani Sunrise can have an incredible effect on the health, longevity, and elasticity of your skin. Exposure to UV rays from the sun and oxidative stress from the world around us damage our skin at an alarming rate, and consuming antioxidants is our best defense against this!

Along with that, Wild Alaskan Blueberries have beneficial effects for improving glucose uptake when combined with cranberries, which is another ingredient in Kyani Sunrise.

Furthermore, blueberries that are high in anthocyanin have neuroprotective qualities as well. According to a study published in the Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry,

“Blueberries contain polyphenolic compounds, most prominently anthocyanins, which have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects. In addition, anthocyanins have been associated with increased neuronal signaling in brain centers, mediating memory function as well as improved glucose disposal, benefits that would be expected to mitigate neurodegeneration.”

There are many foods high in antioxidants, but nearly none are as powerful as the Wild Alaskan Blueberry! So, starting your morning with Kyani Sunrise is a great way to consume an incredible number of antioxidants and help protect your body from chronic diseases!

Is Kyani Sunrise a Good Product?

Although I haven’t tried it myself, I believe Kyani Sunrise is a good product. However, it is not the first superfood supplement I would suggest to someone.

Kyani Sunrise is likely a good product since it contains Wild Alaskan Blueberries and other nutrient-dense ingredients which are very beneficial for your health.

However, it is difficult to understand how good this product is since the marketing and details on it are very vague.

Instead of this, I suggest you try Your Super superfoods powders.

Concluding Thoughts – Kyani Sunrise Review

Kyani Sunrise is meant to be used as an addition to your normal breakfast and composes one of the three parts of the “Kyani Triangle of health” for effective nourishment for your body.

If you begin taking Kyani Sunrise, it is likely that you will notice that you have more energy each day.

There are other supplements containing blueberries as well, but Kyani Sunrise is certainly unique due to using Wild Alaskan Blueberries. Another blueberry supplement is the Neuenergy chewable energy tablet, which contains as much pterostilbene as 25,000 blueberries! Neuenergy chewable energy tablets also utilize a new form of caffeine delivery technology, combining pure caffeine with the antioxidant pterostilbene.

Although there are many health benefits of Wild Alaskan Blueberries, they are a rare product. Kyani Sunrise is an excellent source of Wild Alaskan Blueberries, and although I have not personally used this product, it appears to be a useful superfood supplement!
