Yoga

Yoga is often marketed as a universal solution for flexibility, stress relief, and recovery, but for me, it no longer aligns with my physical training goals or spiritual values.

As a Christian athlete and someone deeply invested in performance-focused training, I’ve become increasingly aware of the spiritual roots of yoga and how many of its practices originate from philosophies that conflict with my faith.

While I respect the physical benefits of yoga, like improved mobility and breath control, I believe there are more effective and spiritually neutral alternatives that can deliver the same (or better) results without potential compromise.

This section examines why I’ve chosen to step away from yoga, how it aligns with my beliefs, and what I recommend as an alternative for building strength, mobility, and mental clarity.
