It’s not impossible to learn how to lose 20 pounds fast, even if you have no prior experience. Overall, losing weight is simply the calculation of the amount of calories you intake, compared to the amount of calories you burn per day.

Some people might suggest you to use detox drinks that clear your system of water to lose weight, but I highly suggest you avoid any of these methods. You do not want to lose 20 pounds of water weight! Instead, focus on creating a 70,000 calorie deficit over the course of a few weeks. Believe me, it is not as difficult as you might assume.

Many people try to take short cuts to lose weight. However, they fail to realize that you cannot cheat your way into weight loss. Weight loss requires hard work, dedication, and proper planning.

There are, however, legitimate ways to lose weight easier without trying to take shortcuts. The following article contains weight loss tips that make losing 20 pounds fast much easier. Fried foods are normally incredible high in calories, and very difficult for your stomach to digest.  Especially if you have persistent stomach or digestion issues, fried foods should not be consumed at all.

The fat in these fried foods, however, should not be confused with healthy dietary fats.

Healthy fats can improve your stomach and your body’s ability to digest foods, and should be consumed often.  Nuts, beans, avocados, and eggs all contain fat which can be beneficial to your body.

The fat found in fried foods, however, is completely opposite.
