In short, I am a professional basketball player, but I also have a passion for health and fitness in general. Currently I am in my 6th year as a professional basketball player.

Contrarily, I try to factor every single lifestyle factor into the concept of “fitness.”

Why Should You Trust My Fitness Advice?
One of the toughest choices you will have throughout your life in the fitness world is who should you trust for fitness advice.
Instagram and other social media platforms are great because you can easily find a wide assortment of health and fitness advice from numerous different types of personal trainers or even doctors, but it is very hard to figure out who you should actually trust!
Many Instagram fitness models and Instagram personal trainers don’t have true education for fitness training, and often they legitimately provide wrong information. Furthermore, their obsession with developing an aesthetic body and lack of concern for injury prevention can have negative effects for most people who are new to fitness.
However, I believe you should trust my fitness advice because these are all fitness and health tips that I have learned, researched, and studied around the globe before telling you.
My experiences as a basketball player in the United States, Europe, and Asia have provided me a well-rounded view of health and fitness which nearly no-other trainer has.

A Few of My Favorite Health & Fitness Tips
In my opinion, the best wellness tips are the ones which you can add to your current lifestyle without much effort. There are tons of weight loss tips and tips to build muscle mass, but most of those require much more effort. If you want to improve your general health and wellness, keep reading below!
Drink Hot Water or Tea on an Empty Stomach in the Morning!
Studies showed us that on average, American citizens only drink two glasses of water per day.
Needless to say, that isn’t enough!
Humans need 8 to 10 glasses of water daily to fulfill their bodily requirements. Without this amount of water, your body will become dehydrated quickly. Our body should not be dehydrated at any moment in time, because it can have serious health consequences.
When our body is dehydrated, it stores water weight and harmful toxins. It is necessary to drink a lot of water so that the toxins are washed out properly!
Drinking eight to ten glasses of water per day is an excellent idea, but I am suggesting you start your morning off with hot (warm) water or tea to help with your fluid situation!
Not only will a cup of tea help you to get enough water in your body, but it will also warm your digestive system and heal your body over time.
Even caffeinated teas will help you stay properly hydrated, and they have many unique health benefits.
There are tons of teas which you can choose to drink in the morning, but I prefer to drink Matcha Tea.
Starting your morning with a cup or two of matcha tea will help your body stay hydrated, improve your digestive system, and load your body with healthy antioxidants!

Follow Your Morning Tea with a Fasted State Walk!
Most people wait until after work to get their workout in, but this can cause you to skip workouts due to exhaustion of the workday. If you want an easy way to get a great cardiovascular workout in, try fasted walking in the morning!
Fasted state walking is excellent for burning fat because you are walking on an empty stomach, and your body can more preferentially burn fat.
However, this isn’t the only health benefit of fasted walking.
The main benefit of doing this is that it will speed up the process of cell autophagy. Autophagy is the process where your living cells clean your body of dead cells!
Although some people prefer to eat or drink nothing at all before fasted training, I prefer to have a cup of tea at least!
Green tea before a workout is an excellent choice and works extremely well before fasted walking.
The tea will help to stimulate your circulation and digestive system, while also increasing your metabolism and burning more fat.
Try a fasted walk tomorrow morning, and I am sure you will love how you feel after!
In my opinion, this is a truly excellent way to lose weight fast!
Arrange Your Meal Timing Appropriately!
Many people already know this, but for those who don’t, it is important to have your meals at the correct time. Almost every diet strategy is different, but meal timing is always important.
Regardless of which diet strategy you pick, it is important to stick to one type of diet for an extended period. If you are changing your diet philosophy too quickly, you will never understand what works and what doesn’t!
Some diets ask that you do not eat at night, some suggest that you do not eat until after you train. Whichever you choose, I suggest you stick with one strategy for at least a month or more so that you can notice the effects!
Personally, my basic rule for meal timing is to have your largest meal directly after training, and moderate eating throughout the rest of the day. In fact, I will often have over 50% of my daily calories directly after training!
No matter what diet plan you choose, it is a basic fact that your body needs the most calories, macronutrients, and micronutrients directly after physical exercise.
Find a diet plan that works for you, and stick with it!
Try CBD Oil!
Cannabidiol (CBD oil) is an emerging trend in health and fitness communities, but it is something that I truly believe in.
Cannabidiol is a compound of the cannabis plant, but it does not have any psychoactive effects. Unlike the cannabis compound THC, CBD products are legal throughout the entire USA.
CBD products have many unique health benefits, for both physical and mental health.
If you deal with any chronic pain or inflammation-based health issues, CBD products can be very effective!
CBD products have also shown to be beneficial for treating stress, anxiety, and depression, amongst other mental health issues.
Personally, I have found a lot of success with using CBD to treat my motor tics from Tourette Syndrome.
