In my opinion, CLA is one of the best weight loss supplements because it is one of the only natural substances that reduces lipoprotein lipase activity, which is the enzyme that promotes fat cell storage and growth.

Due to that feature, CLA effectively blunts the response of the body to store fat, making fat loss and weight loss easier.
