Two of the tips which I think are best are to wash your face every morning and night, and sleep only on silk pillow cases. The first tip is pretty self-explanatory, but sleeping on a silk pillow case to improve acne symptoms is a lesser known cure.
Cotton pillow cases collect dust and debris, putting them in to your skin while you sleep.
Silk, on the other hand, does not.
This is an unconventional tip, but it can make a huge difference for the quality of your skin!
