Indian Gooseberry (Amla):
Deficiency of Vitamin C is one of the main reasons for hair fall and it’s a rich source of it. Amla is rich in antioxidants and antibacterial properties that prevent dandruff and scalp inflammation. Amla helps to keep the scalp clean and provides the required nutrition to the hair roots to make them stronger and shinier.
Neem also works well for hair fall control. It helps the hair follicles to become stronger and encourages hair growth. It also reduces dandruff and itching.
It is directly promoted as hair fall solution. Applying Aloe Vera juice or gel on our scalp with one teaspoon of Aloe Vera half an hour before breakfast can induce healthy hair growth. It removes the dead cells from the scalp that can clog the roots of the hair.

It is conducted every week two to three times which takes 26 weeks to a year to see any results from this treatment. It exposes our skin to ultraviolet rays and poses some risk of skin cancer. Therefore it is not very often recommended by doctors.
Hormone Replacement Therapy:
It is the effective method for the women who are experiencing hair loss post-menopause; it is a common and effective hair loss treatment for women as long as they are menopausal or post-menopausal and are not at higher risk for adverse effects from Hormone Replacement Therapy.
