When Should You Use WOD Relief?
Personally, I use WOD Relief muscle rub at three distinct times of the day.
As a professional basketball player, I can confidently say that I deal with more chronic pain issues than most other people.
I first apply WOD Relief after I have woken up because it helps me get moving for the day.
Sometimes, this is all I need for the whole day!
Normally, I will apply the second usage about 30 minutes before training.
The last time I use WOD Relief each day is when my wife will do a small massage at night, about an hour before sleep.
I prefer to use this product about an hour before sleep because the cooling sensation is intense, and it keeps me a bit too alert before I go to sleep.
If I apply it about an hour before I lay down, I never have this issue!
