Over the last couple months, I have been experimenting with different topical pain relief products, and WOD Relief does the job as well as any other!
WOD Relief is an all-natural essential oil muscle and joint rub, designed specifically for Crossfitters to recover from their “Workout of the Day.”
You don’t have to be into CrossFit to get relief from this rub though!
As a professional basketball player, I am always looking for an edge with muscle recovery and simply reducing pain.
Especially after needing six months to recover from a spinal fracture, I have become very used to chronic pain.
I trust WOD Relief because it contains an all-natural blend of soothing and relieving ingredients, and I am confident you will experience the same benefits as I have!

What Does WOD Relief Contain?
As I said before, WOD Relief contains an all-natural essential oil blend to help soothe sore muscles.
The main ingredients of this topical pain relief product include:
- Cornmint Oil
- Wintergreen Oil
- White Camphor Oil
- Eucalyptus Oil
- Cinnamon Bark Oil
- Cedarwood Texas Oil
- Copaiba Oil
- Cayenne Pepper Oil
- Almond Oil
- Green Tea Extract
There are other ingredients in this product, but these are the ones I believe are most important.
What are the Benefits of WOD Relief?
Personally, I love to use WOD Relief because it is incredible for soothing sore muscles.
WOD Relief works well as a massage oil, or you can simply just apply it to the area of your body that is sore.
WOD Relief is useful because it has a soothing, cooling sensation that will help to reduce pain, making it much easier to head to your next workout.
If you are into CrossFit, you clearly understand how sore your muscles can be following your workouts.
Along with soothing sore muscles, another benefit of WOD Relief is that it will improve circulation and promote healing.
In general, one of the best ways to recover from an intense training session is self-massage or a traditional sports massage.
Not only does this help promote circulation, but it will reduce your risk of injury in your next training session.
If you do have a nagging pain caused by a minor injury, WOD Relief can help you train without feeling this issue!
It is important to remember that if you are truly injured, you need to consult a doctor or physical therapist and that you cannot simply mask your problem.
However, if you are only dealing with normal soreness, WOD Relief can make a huge impact for you!
When Should You Use WOD Relief?
Personally, I use WOD Relief muscle rub at three distinct times of the day.
As a professional basketball player, I can confidently say that I deal with more chronic pain issues than most other people.
I first apply WOD Relief after I have woken up because it helps me get moving for the day.
Sometimes, this is all I need for the whole day!
Normally, I will apply the second usage about 30 minutes before training.
The last time I use WOD Relief each day is when my wife will do a small massage at night, about an hour before sleep.
I prefer to use this product about an hour before sleep because the cooling sensation is intense, and it keeps me a bit too alert before I go to sleep.
If I apply it about an hour before I lay down, I never have this issue!
Overall, I am extremely glad that I found WOD Relief because it has been great for helping me manage day to day chronic pain throughout the different muscles and joints in my body!
