There is an enormous market for protein snacks, and different types of on-the-go snacks for health and weight loss, but it would be hard for me to say I’ve ever enjoyed one as much as I enjoy the Redd Bar.

To start, the main reason that I consider Redd Bar to be one of the best healthy on-the-go snacks is that each bar is made from powerful plant ingredients that contain vitamins, minerals, other antioxidants, and healthy plant compounds.

One of the biggest issues for people trying to lose weight is that when they are traveling or have a challenging time getting home with energy to cook their own meals, they end up relying on unhealthy snacks that simply provide a quick jolt of calories.

Personally, I think that the Redd Bar is perfect for three specific uses. I am sure there are other uses as well, but I will tell you my personal opinion:

A lot of people must drive at least 15-20 minutes to go to the gym each day, and sometimes even more!
Personally, I hate carrying protein powder with me to the gym. If you are like me and don’t want to carry protein powder with you every day, the Redd Bar is a perfect substitute!
Eating one of these healthy snacks on the go is even more beneficial than anything but the best vegan protein powders because along with protein and carbohydrates, it also contains tons of extra vitamins, minerals, and additional micronutrients you need.

Whether you work in a physically intensive job or you are an office worker, eating healthy at work is often a challenge.

Eat a Redd Bar While Traveling Long-Distances
For my own personal story about this, I will tell you that 6 Redd Bars have successfully got me from my home in Upstate New York, all the way down to Washington D.C.
That is a 7-hour drive, and the only thing my wife and I ate were Redd Bars!

As I said before, all Redd Bar’s contain the same superfoods and nutritional facts as listed above.
However, they do offer different flavor options. The six Redd Bar flavors are:

Personally, the mint chocolate and oatmeal were my favorite. My wife’s favorite was the salted caramel because she loves everything that is salted caramel flavored.
One of the reasons I love this product as a healthy snack on the go is that their flavoring is all-natural as well.
I was surprised how strong the mint flavor was in the mint chocolate chip!

I am honestly very happy I tried the Redd Bar because I feel like I finally found the perfect snack to eat that will help me stay healthy while traveling.
There are a lot of protein snacks, and on-the-go snacks on the market that do not live up to the claims they make, but the Redd Bar is a complete nutritional snack bar that can be used in a wide variety of ways and will help you get healthy!
