There is an enormous market for protein snacks, and different types of on the go snacks for health and weight loss, but I have never tried one I truly loved as much as the Redd Bar.

There are tons of companies producing food which they claim to fit the health to go snack desires of Americans, but in my experience, they either taste horrible and are truly healthy, or taste good but are not truly healthy.

Having access to healthy snacks on the go is vital for many American’s sticking to their diet, which is why I am extremely happy to share with you the value of the Redd Bar.

Having healthy snacks on the go is vital to keeping your diet in check, and your body healthy, because we spend so much of our time running from place to place!

One of the biggest issues for people trying to lose weight is that when they are traveling, or have a challenging time getting home with energy to cook their own meal, they end up relying on inferior nutrition products.

No matter what the goals you have for improving your health are, this is a big issue!

Personally, I think that the Redd Bar is perfect for three specific reasons.  I am sure there are other reasons out there, but I will tell you my personal opinions.

Eat One Redd Bar Directly After Training

A lot of people must drive at least for 15-20 minutes to go to the gym each day, and sometimes even more!

Personally, I hate trying around protein powder.  If you are like me and don’t want to carry protein powder with you every day, the Redd Bar is a perfect substitute!

Eating one of these healthy snacks on the go is even more beneficial than most protein powders because it contains tons of extra vitamins, minerals, and micronutrients you need.

If you have trouble controlling yourself while sitting at an office desk all day, the Redd Bar is all you need to snack healthy and save your diet while you are at work!

Especially for those people who need just a small extra food during the work day, the 35mg of natural caffeine in the Redd Bar is a nice extra boost of energy.  I would personally suggest you eat this between your lunch break, and the time you are done for the day.

It is great to plan for bringing fruits and chopped vegetables to work to snack on, but we all know it’s not that easy!

Eat Redd Bar While Traveling Long-Distances

For my own personal story about this, I will tell you that 6 Redd Bars successfully got me from my home in Upstate New York, all the way down to Washington D.C. this past week.

That is a 7-hour drive, and the only thing my wife and I ate were Redd Bars!

My wife and I are constantly scouring the internet for healthy snacks on the go and on the go snack ideas that are healthy, and I think we finally found the best product out there for us.

I was impressed that even though these bars are extremely healthy, they are also filling.

As I said before, the natural caffeine is a nice amount of extra energy!  It was helpful while doing that long drive.

There are not that many snack ideas for traveling that I really trust; bananas and peanut butter sandwiches tend to make up the bulk of my snacks of traveling.

If you are often moving around as we do though, you are probably looking for a more sustainable solution.

I really love these healthy snack bars so much that I cannot wait to have them with me the next time I am in basketball season, because I am sure they will be perfect for all our long bus rides!

There are 6 flavors of Redd Bar though, they are:

Personally, the mint chocolate and oatmeal were my favorite.  My wife’s favorite was the salted caramel because she loves everything that is salted caramel flavored.

One of the reasons I love this product as a healthy snack on the go is that their flavoring is all-natural as well.

I was surprised how strong the mint flavor was in the mint chocolate chip!

That’s what happens when you use real ingredients though!

Out of all the superfoods used in this product, I was most impressed with the fact they included Maca Root.
