Similar to going to class in college or choosing a profession, we all have different preferences when it comes to what time we prefer to exercise and train. Some people can easily wake up for a 5am or 6am for an intense-heart pounding training session, while others prefer working out in the afternoon or night. If you are one of those people who prefer to train in the those later times, it might time to listen to science and start waking up earlier to get your training in!

Skipping workouts is not the end of the world if you are consistent with a healthy lifestyle, but minimizing the risk of this happening is still for the better overall!

Training in the morning can rev up your metabolism for the entire day, giving you maximum overall time to burn calories. An intense workout in the morning works on your body for far after you doing, creating a furnace like effect in your body which you will ultimately reep the benefits of!
At the end of the day, training each day is better than not training each day regardless of what time it is at. However, given the opportunity, training early in the morning can provide you with some significant -scientifically backed- reasons for doing so, which will only lead to a healthier lifestyle overall!
