I personally don’t use a lot of different supplements, mostly because I trust whole foods and good nutrition more than any supplement.

IDLife Vegan Shake and IDLife Shake
I’m partial to the Vegan Shake myself because it contains plant-based protein and greens, but both of these protein shakes are very good choices.
IDLife Vegan Shake contains:
- 20g Protein
- 0g Sugar
- 140 Calories
Other Ingredients of the Vegan Shake Include:
- Pea Protein Isolate
- Brown Rice Protein
- Hemp Protein Powder
- Chia Seed
- Flax Seed
The mix of plant-based protein and greens is outstanding in this product. One of my issues with many protein powders is that they contain a lot of milk-products, or chemical additives.
I liked this product because my stomach felt great after using!
You can use this Vegan Shake after any of your workouts, first thing in the morning upon waking, or before bed.
IDLife Shake Contains:
- 130 Calories
- 23g Protein
- 7g Carbohydrates (4g Sugar)
Additional Ingredients Include:
- Whey Protein Isolate
- Whey Protein Concentrate
- Milled Chia Seed Powder
Although I personally do not use whey protein often, a protein shake containing only 130 calories, and having 23g of protein is still excellent!
I tried the vanilla flavor, and I would comfortably rate it as “not bad.”
The nutritional facts on this protein powder are certainly excellent, and you can happily use it after training, as soon as you wake up, or any time you need a snack between meals.
If you are looking for a solid protein powder supplement to add to your consistent routine, the IDLife Vegan Shake and IDLife Shake are great choices for you!
IDLife Pre-Workout and Post-Workout
The IDLife Vegan Shake or Shake can certainly be your post-workout nutrition, but the IDLife company steps it up even one more notch with their Post-Workout product.
Along with this, their Pre-Workout product has ingredients that will help fuel your workout.
I was impressed that this pre-workout gave legitimate energy without a bad stimulant feeling!
The IDLife Pre-Workout Contains:
150mg of caffeine is not much, but this pre-workout gives strong amounts of energy!
I was impressed that this product does contain creatine and beta alanine, along with other sources of energy.
Creatine and beta alanine work synergistically together and are excellent for improving your muscle building and muscle stamina over time.
To use this product, just drink about 15-30 minutes before you head to your training session for the day!

IDLife Energy Contains:

When you exercise, you lose water and can become dehydrated quickly.
Drinking water alone is simply not enough to get your body hydrated and functioning properly. Hydration is not important just for avoiding cramps, but your muscles legitimately function much better when they are properly hydrated.

As I said before, I would do this directly after training.

Personally, I think 1.5mg of melatonin is a great dosage if you are going to use this product every night. If you consistently use to much melatonin, your body will adapt and become reliant on it.
One of my favorite features of this product is that it is a strip to go on your tongue, and not a tablet. Tablets and pills are still fine, but these strips are especially easy to bring with you when travelling.
Overall, this is clearly a solid product to improve your sleep quality, without causing any dependence.
