7 Foods for Improving Overall Sexual Health and Function

Improving your sexual health is not a difficult task, as long as you know what you need to do.  There are many facets to maintaining your overall health, and eating healthy to ensure sexual health is only one of them.

You don’t have to use medicine, sprays, or delay wipes to improve any conditions or ailments, but instead you can improve your sexual health naturally; as suggested by the Mayo Clinic.

Yes, you can.

These foods will work to improve your sexual ability, and enable you to fulfill of your and your partners needs.

Best Foods for Improving Sexual Health and Sexual Function

  1. Eggs

The egg is full of Vitamin D, and increases testosterone levels significantly in men.  This ultimately will result in better and longer performances for men.

Ideally, eating a couple of eggs each day is effective in improving your performance with your partner.

You can take two eggs a day, I’m sure.

It is not a big deal, right?

  1. Dark Chocolate

Dark chocolate is full of antioxidants, and it contains Arginine HCl which will improve circulation and sexual desire in your body.  Arginine is a compound which can be very influential on this part of your life.  Eating a couple of pieces of dark chocolate each day can give you surprising results!

Blueberries are one last food which is incredible for improving your sex life.

  • A couple days ago @anna_targoniy and I took the time to head to the Mercouri Estate Winery, ~30 minutes from where I’m living. The owner of the estate (whose great-grandfather originally founded the current winery) was so friendly to us on our trip there! This winery was founded back in 1864, although grapes have grown in this region for much longer than that. They have a truly beautiful winery overlooking the Ionian Sea, and I am really happy I took the time to check it out!

  • Temple of Apollo Epikourios at Bassae, Greece. 
Wow! This place was enormous.. Today was the last of a 3-day break we have, and we picked a perfect place to visit! It was nice to learn some history of the Greek god Apollo as well.
Seeing as it’s Earth Day, I had to share one photo we took while driving to the temple. The picture doesn’t do it justice, but I had to try!

  • Today we visited the Temple of Apollo Epikourios. It took us ~2 hours to drive up through the mountains to get to the temple, but the ride was beautiful! Unfortunately, we hit some traffic on the way back down the mountain! hahaha

In Greek Antiquity this was one of the largest cities in Greece. Although the Ancient city is just ruins now, you can still feel the aura every step! One of the biggest contributions of this ancient city was that the Olympic Games were “planned” here, and athletes from across the world gathered here before the original Olympic Games were officially hosted in Olympia. •

  • Katakolon, Greece. 
The town itself you can pretty much see in its entirety on my 2nd photo. @Anna_Targoniy and I spent about an hour just sitting by the sea, and watching the water and the people fishing off the docks. There are some great wine/olive tours here that we didn’t do, but it was still an amazing place to see!
