FitFam Supps Whey Protein Isolate with ProHydrolase Review!

FitFam Supps Whey Protein Isolate with ProHydrolase Review!

Not all protein powders are created equally, I think we all know that by now. Whether you only use conventional whey protein, casein protein, or you are a vegan/plant based protein lover, there are varying degrees of effective protein powders.

If you want to get the maximum results from your muscle building or weight loss program, you absolutely need high-quality protein in your diet.  You can obtain this through natural food sources, or you can get it from protein powders.

In the best-case scenario, you are going to get your protein from a wide array of sources.

For the past few years I have drastically reduced how much protein powders I have used in my diet, mainly because I could no longer deal with the number of additives and fillers that most protein powders are made with.

Another reason for this is because I have developed a mild lactose-intolerance, and try to stay away from any lactose containing foods as much as possible.

Recently I have started to incorporate a few vegan protein powders in to my diet again, but it has been a long time since I’ve used any type of whey protein.

Luckily, I have finally found a whey protein I can trust!

Even better, I consider this to be a “super-whey” because it contains ProHydrolase, a bio-sufficient enzyment which increases the absorption of protein by up to 20%!

For those of you who don’t necessarily understand what that means, it is a lot of extra protein your body will be actually using.

FitFam Supps Whey Protein Isolate with ProHydrolase

When I found FitFam Supps whey protein isolate, I could not wait to try.

After a week of use, I am hooked.

Their whey isolate is lactose free, is sweetened with stevia, contains real cocoa powder (the chocolate flavor), and also contains ProHydrolase!

To me, this is easily the best protein powder I have seen in a long time.

Otherwise, I literally would not be using it.  I have had a lot of good results for a while without using any whey protein powders at all, and it is only because I found this awesome product that I have returned!

ProHydrolase is an especially important ingredient to me, as it has been clinaclly proven to increase absorption of whey, casein, soy, egg, pea and hemp proteins!

The pathway that this enzyme works is by simply helping you digest protein in to a form that the body can actually use it.

One of the reasons that natural foods are generally much better than supplements is that the body has a hard time digesting certain supplements.

With ProHydrolase added to your protein powder such as in the FitFam Supps whey protein isolate, you can be confident that you are going to get all the affects you would expect from using a protein powder.

The benefit of increased absorption of protein is mainly that your muscles will repair quicker, enabling you to build more muscle and burn more fat off your body.

The FitFam supps whey isolate contains 26 grams of protein per scoop, and only 120 calories; making it an incredibly low-calorie, protein packed addition to your diet!

Whether you are looking to bulk up or trim down, this can absolutely help you!

You can easily use the FitFam Supps whey isolate directly after your workouts, in between meals, or as a quick snack any time of the day!

FitFam Supps BCAA Capsules

Another FitFam Supps product I tried along with their whey protein isolate is their BCAA pills.

These BCAA pills per serving contain:

·        500 mg of L-Glutamine

·        300mg of L-Leucine

·        150mg of L-Isoleucine

·        150mg of L-Valine

Along with the whey protein isolate being the perfect between-meals snack, these BCAA pills are also excellent for filling the gap between your meals.

They will not keep you full, but they will help your muscles continue to grow and become healthier.

One of my favorite uses for these BCAA pills is to take 1-2 servings before a fasted walk in the morning.

Many people know that I am a huge fan of intermittent fasting and fasted cardio, and taking this perfect combination of amino acids before your fasted walk with a nice cup of coffee is the perfect way to do it!

Concluding Thoughts

If you are going to fill in the protein requirements for your diet with protein powders or protein supplements, make sure you are using products which are going to help you- not hurt you.

Low-quality protein powders can cause a boat-load of digestion issues, and other issues in your body.

Using the FitFam Supps ProHydrolase containing whey protein isolate supplement is an excellent way to assure yourself you are getting all the advantages of using a protein powder!
Combining this product with their BCAA pills is an even better tactic!

It took me less than one week of use to realize how good this product is, and I am sure you will feel the same!

  • A couple days ago @anna_targoniy and I took the time to head to the Mercouri Estate Winery, ~30 minutes from where I’m living. The owner of the estate (whose great-grandfather originally founded the current winery) was so friendly to us on our trip there! This winery was founded back in 1864, although grapes have grown in this region for much longer than that. They have a truly beautiful winery overlooking the Ionian Sea, and I am really happy I took the time to check it out!

  • Temple of Apollo Epikourios at Bassae, Greece.
Wow! This place was enormous.. Today was the last of a 3-day break we have, and we picked a perfect place to visit! It was nice to learn some history of the Greek god Apollo as well.
Seeing as it’s Earth Day, I had to share one photo we took while driving to the temple. The picture doesn’t do it justice, but I had to try!

  • Today we visited the Temple of Apollo Epikourios. It took us ~2 hours to drive up through the mountains to get to the temple, but the ride was beautiful! Unfortunately, we hit some traffic on the way back down the mountain! hahaha

  • Ancient Elis, Greece.
In Greek Antiquity this was one of the largest cities in Greece. Although the Ancient city is just ruins now, you can still feel the aura every step! One of the biggest contributions of this ancient city was that the Olympic Games were “planned” here, and athletes from across the world gathered here before the original Olympic Games were officially hosted in Olympia. •

  • Katakolon, Greece.
The town itself you can pretty much see in its entirety on my 2nd photo. @Anna_Targoniy and I spent about an hour just sitting by the sea, and watching the water and the people fishing off the docks. There are some great wine/olive tours here that we didn’t do, but it was still an amazing place to see!
