Unfortunately, many people still choose to use crash diets or unhealthy weight loss supplements to try to fix their body, when all we really need is better nutrition education.

My goal is to provide useful nutrition advice that can help you prepare healthy meals at home, make healthy food choices when you are eating out, and develop a diet that suits your lifestyle.
Unlike most other personal trainers, I don’t expect everyone to give up drinking alcohol or cut sugar completely out of their diets to improve their health. I believe in moderation in all aspects of life, even dieting.
