Every good athlete knows that they need to build powerful, flexible, stable and strong legs to get better at their sport.
Along with this, pretty much everyone already knows that training legs is the best way to boost your metabolism, and help you achieve the physique you have always dreamed about.
However, not many people can adequately come up with their own exercise routine, and workout plan to make this happen.
Choosing the Best Lower Body Strength Exercises
As a basketball player who has achieved a 37” standing vertical leap, I have a wide range of knowledge on how to improve the entire function of your legs.
Many people believe that the back squat and the deadlift are all you need to have strong legs, but this couldn’t be further from the truth.
