How Did I Use Synapse One gBoost?
The main reason that I believe gBoost is the most effective nootropic supplement is that I used it in many different situations, and gBoost helped me through all of them.
The first time I tried gBoost was before an early morning 5:30 am workout. Normally I only drink Bulletproof Coffee or green tea before workouts, and especially before my early morning workouts, but I decided to add in gBoost to see if the ingredients would help wake me up a bit.
I was nervous that the herbs and ingredients would cause stomach discomfort or nausea when used on an empty stomach, but I was thrilled to find out that gBoost doesn’t have any of those side effects for me.
Within 30-minutes I felt gBoost kick in for the first time, and I was instantly in love.
The next scenario that I tested gBoost in was before I sat down to write a few articles. I honestly hate drinking high-caffeine drinks before writing because they make me jittery and sweaty, but gBoost provided the mental energy I always wanted. In fact, I took gBoost before writing this article!

So far, I have only used the recommended dosage of 2-capsules per day. I don’t suggest anyone use more than the recommended dosage because it could cause side-effects, and the recommended dosage is certainly strong enough.
I was pleasantly surprised to find out that gBoost doesn’t cause nausea or other stomach issues because I do have a bit of a sensitive stomach.
