Regardless of how well you train or diet, proper sleep is required to stay healthy and is the reason it has been said that for adults at least 6 to 8 hours of sleep is compulsory. However, many of us are suffering from stress and thus, it leads to the condition often referred to as insomnia.
Even if you do not suffer from full blown insomnia, a stressful life can cause you to have less than perfect quality of sleep, something which as an athlete you cannot sacrifice!
These supplements can give you an edge in terms of creating a perfect sleeping pattern each night!
Be aware though that most of these supplements are chemical based and it might lead to other health issues.
